Rute's journey in business began at the Nova School of Business and Economics, where she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Management, with a specialization in Marketing. Early in her career, she was as a teaching assistant in marketing at the same university, laying a strong foundation for her future endeavors.

 

Throughout her career at L'Oréal, Rute discovered different market realities while working in Lisbon and Madrid, perfecting her marketing skills and nurturing her passion for luxury brand management.
